  “ya es hora” es una campaña histórica y comprensiva para aumentar la participación cívica, que fue lanzada como una respuesta a las movilizaciones pro-inmigrantes del 2006.  La campaña representa el esfuerzo más grande para coordinar e integrar a latinos como participantes en el proceso político estadounidense.
