Only for this month we are going to have only one class on Saturday and this is the 9:15am class…(10:30am classes are cancel for this month, please take a note)

West Bath… Yes stay tuned!…I’m opening a new studio, I’m working very hard to bring you programs that are fun and for everyone, all ages, party events etc. one of the few thing I will offer beside my Zumba classes, will be “Yoga Flear”, Latin Dance Lesson, such a Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, SoCa Kick boxing… is a dance kick boxing, Pilates, Argentinian Tango, Mom and Me Ballet, and much more… this is going to be the place that we need in Mid Coast… Dance Floor with disco lights and disco ball… Party, Party, Party… Live is so short…let enjoy it…
